Why is IGF-1 Banned?

There are a lot of people that are concerned with their appearance. Many people are concerned with their appearance because it is how they show off their personality. In order to look your best these days, sometimes you have to up the ante. A lot of people do this by taking steroids, but that’s completely unnecessary these days with a bit of hard work and NATURAL supplementation. One of the most popular supplements on the market today is IGF-1, the amazing natural growth hormone booster with basically no side effects.

You might have heard about IGF-1, but you probably do not know much about it. There has been a lot of talk lately about this steroid being banned. So, why is IGF-1 banned by the MLB, WADA, and other drug testing organizations?

Why is IGF-1 Banned

The true main reasons why IGF-1 is being banned is because it has been known to increase growth hormone production so safely and properly that drug testers can’t tell if the users are taking illegal supplements!

But there are some risks associated too. While “correlation does not equal causation”, many people don’t want to risk using this.

Unfortunately, in men, people with the highest IGF-1 levels have been associated with more prostate cancer, while in women it has been known to cause breast cancer. IGF-1 can cause cancer because it prohibits cell death. Most people regard this as one of IGF-1’s positive qualities because it allows people to gain more muscle. However, this feature of IGF-1 also makes it harder for the body to get rid of cancer. If the body can’t kill off malignant cancer cells, it will spread throughout the body and could become fatal.

Note that this isn’t from people taking IGF-1 supplements, but those whose levels are ALWAYS elevated.

Another reason IGF-1 is being banned is because it can cause swelling in the hands. The reason that hand swelling can occur when IGF-1 is used is because cells are not dying at the rate they’re supposed to. When IGF-1 is used, cells stay around for a much longer period of time, which causes swelling.

A third reason IGF-1 is being banned is because of the facial nerve pain is causes. In some severe cases, the use of IGF-1 can cause paralysis. Other people have experienced severe headaches because of IGF-1. The reason severe headaches can result from the use of IGF-1 is because of the pressure this hormone puts on the blood vessels in the brain. IGF-1 constricts the size of the blood vessels in the brain, making it hard for blood to get to the places it is needed. When this happens, a headache forms. In some cases, tumor aggravation has also been reported. If cancer is common in your family, it is a very good idea to stay away from this steroid.

Is IGF-1 Worth the Risk?

We believe so. The studies show that the negative effects above are from people with naturally high IGF-1 levels forever. We like to occasionally cycle it.

Now that you know why IGF-1 is being banned, you should be able to determine whether or not this product is worth the risk. For many people, it simply isn’t worth it because of the potential side effects – but with Antler X, we have seen none of these.

If you know somebody in your family that has cancer, you definitely do not want to take IGF-1. IGF-1 not only causes breast and prostate cancer, but it also aggravates tumor cells that are already present in your body. Even if you do not have a history of cancer in your family, IGF-1 can cause nerve pain, headaches, and paralysis. Even though it is always nice to increase your muscle mass, taking IGF-1 is a very dangerous way to achieve your goal.
